Every meme coin has a picture. This one has a personality, a record, and a grudge. Here is who the dog actually is.
Abandoned. Adopted. Unbothered.
Jogeco Dog is a bulldog with a disc in his teeth and a chip on his shoulder. He was left behind by the person who was supposed to look after him, and he did not take it personally for very long. He found 80,000 new owners instead, and now he runs the place.
He is stubborn in the way bulldogs are stubborn: not loud about it, just impossible to move. That is the whole character. He does not chase the ball because he was told to. He chases it because it is his.

Stubborn
He has been counted out publicly, more than once, by people with more money than him. He is still here. Bulldogs do not read the room, and that turns out to be a feature.
Loyal
The pack picked him up when the chart said not to bother. He remembers exactly who showed up, and he is not the type to forget it later when it is convenient.
Loud
Not aggressive, just impossible to ignore. He barks at 3am, he barks at the top, he barks at the bottom. The volume does not track the price, which is the point.
Off the leash
Nobody holds the collar now. No dev, no treasury, no promises to break. Just a dog, a disc, and a crowd that refuses to go home.
About that blue frisbee
He is never drawn without it. That is deliberate. The disc is Base, it is the thing he was thrown and told to fetch, and it is the thing he refused to drop when the person who threw it walked off the field.
Fetch is also the game he plays in the Pack Hub, which is the closest thing this project has to a national sport. Catch the disc, miss three, you are out. He has never once been out.
